Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme "New Six" Rasheed

In 2007, in order to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Air Force 1, Nike selected the six most representative contemporary players and designed a brand new series for them--”New Six”. The name of the series came from the “Original Six” concept that Nike introduced in the 1980s, and the six players were: Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Amar’e Stoudemire, Rasheed Wallace, Tony Parker, and Vince Carter. Nike used six words to summarize the individual style of each player: Innovation, Strength, Performance, Attitude, Revolution, and Power. For the appearance, all six AF1 have a silhouette portrait of each player to identify.The vamp materials changed according to color--level S uses turn fur and level P uses suede. The midsole has different design according to different level--Air Max windows or traditional midsole. Every AF1 has a tag printed with the corresponding player’s figure, and those details made this series a truly excellent one. It’s worth mentioning that Nike used to design a Sample edition for Manu Ginobili, and the palette is the blue from Argenitono national flag and the silhouette portrait of Manu. However, this Sample edition was not used due to Nike deciding to use Parker instead of Manu. According to revealed information, “Parker '' and “James' ' have Sample edition, and the palette of Parker’s Sample edition is balck, and the silhouette portrait is not the head of Parker but the figure of his layup. The Sample edition of “James” has a golden portrait of silhouette, while the published edition has a grey portrait of silhouette. It is possible that other Sample editions might exist, but time is the only one that can tell us the answer.

2007年，正值Air Force 1 25周年之际，Nike选出最具代表性的六位当红球星，推出“New Six”系列，灵感来源于20世纪80年代Nike提出的“Original Six”的概念。六位球星分别是：科比 布莱恩特、勒布朗 詹姆斯、阿玛尔 斯塔达迈尔、拉希德 华莱士、托尼 帕克与文斯 卡特。Nike也用6个单词来形容每名球员的个人风格：Innovation，Strength，Performance，Attitude，Revolution，Power。些单词也都作为细节体现在球鞋上。外观设计方面：六双鞋均有各位球星的人像剪影，证明身份。鞋面材料根据配色也各不相同，S级的均采用翻毛皮材质，而P级均采用了麂皮材质。中底也根据球鞋分级不同采用了后跟Air Max开窗或传统中底的设计。每双鞋还另配有相应球星人像的吊牌，这一系列称它极具质感毫不过分。值得一提的是，在设计阶段，Nike还制作过一款属于马努·吉诺比利的Sample鞋款，整体配色为阿根廷国旗的蓝色搭配吉诺比利本人的人像剪影，遗憾的是最终没有市售，Nike在最终球星选择过程中，在帕克与吉诺比利之间最终选择了前者。而且根据已知的信息，“帕克”与“詹姆斯”两个配色是存在Sample版本的，前者的Sample整体呈黑色，鞋侧面的图案也并非帕克的头像，而是上篮的剪影。后者的Sample与市售最大的区别就在侧面人像图案的颜色，Sample版本采用的是金色材质来刻画，并非市售版本的灰色。也许还存在其他配色的Sample，但需要时间来等待它们被公布于世了。
